At ATLAS®, we want our apprentices to understand from the beginning what is important to us during daily work:

2. That fun is part of our work culture.
3. That “out-of-the-box” thinking is a good thing.
That’s why we came up with an exciting project for them: together with the artist Axel Ketz trainees were permitted to decorate a wall on the ATLAS® Campus with graffiti. We are all pleased with the result. And the day remains anchored as a unique memory in the minds of the trainees.
