ATLAS supports UFO.Space Lünen project

In practical workshops, crafts businesses and young people meet on an equal footing – beyond traditional application procedures.

"The goal is to enable an authentic getting to know each other through active, joint work," said Hatice Müller-Aras, whooversees the project from the Lünen Economic Development Corporation.

ATLAS supports young people with suitable safety shoes. This was handed over to WZL Lünen by Maximilian Finke, ATLAS's Marketing Director, before the project started.

In the workshops, the young people experience the skills and challenges of each trade, so that insights can be furtherdeepened with great interest.

The goal in the coming weeks is the creation of a "project garden" as a joint, practical undertaking, which will represent avisible result of the collaboration for all participants.

"The project creates a space for encounters, promotes career orientation, and helps companies to gain young talent outsideof conventional paths," explains Sylvia Tiews, Managing Director of Lünen Economic Development.
