GIT SECURITY: Mr Hülshoff, with the FIT-DAY, your customers can make their employees a very nice offer. How has the idea been received by companies?

The FIT-DAY has met with a consistently positive response from our customers. Many companies have recognised how important the health of their employees is - especially foot health, which is often under a lot of strain in physically active professions. With FIT-DAY, we offer an innovative opportunity to take preventative action and increase employer attractiveness at the same time. Companies particularly appreciate the fact that we come directly to their premises with our mobile team and guarantee a smooth process with minimal effort for the company. The personalised offer is perceived as genuine appreciation for the employees and contributes to their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
GIT SECURITY: Can you briefly outline again how a FIT-DAY like this works?
Markus Hülshoff:
On FIT-DAY, our Atlas team, consisting of experienced orthopaedic shoemakers and master craftsmen, engineers and technicians, comes directly to the company with the FIT- Truck. The truck is equipped with the latest 3D scanning technology. Firstly, the feet of all participants are precisely measured. Based on this data, the employees receive a detailed foot analysis and recommendations for the optimum shoe size and width. Depending on their needs, they can choose from various care modules - from basic care to customised, medical-orthopaedic insoles. Our Flowmould process, in which the insole is adapted to the arch of the foot directly in the truck, is particularly popular. Immediately after the measurement, each employee receives their personalised, perfectly fitting insole - tailored to their individual requirements and safety shoe.
GIT SAFETY: You can even offer medical orthopaedic solutions. But presumably the basic or semi-orthopaedic solution is usually enough?
Markus Hülshoff:
That is correct. Most employees already benefit enormously from a precise measurement and a basic insole (Ergo-Med) or a customised, semi-orthopaedic Fit-Insole. These alone offer significantly improved comfort and effectively prevent typical complaints. Medical-orthopaedic solutions are particularly useful for employees with special foot problems or pre-existing conditions. Our modular approach makes it possible to offer each employee exactly the care he or she needs - from basic care to customised medical products.

The feedback is consistently very positive. Many report that they have taken a close look at their foot health for the first time and immediately feel the difference thanks to the customised insoles. A noticeably higher level of comfort, less pain and increased performance in everyday working life are frequently mentioned. The fact that we are on site and offer personalised advice is particularly appreciated. The employees feel valued and perceive the offer as real added value - for their health and well-being.
