EN ISO 20345

ATLAS safety shoes are manufactured exclusively in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 20345 and thus offer the wearer the highest possible protection. The processed protective caps are certified for high loads with a pressure / impact effect of 200 joules. ATLAS also exceeds the necessary standard requirements and produces safety shoes that are well above the quality standard.

EN ISO 20349:2017

The standard EN ISO 20349:2017 sets extended requirements for the features of foundry and welding boots. The footwear must withstand various test procedures in connection with exposure to extreme heat and contact with molten metal. This applies in particular to the quality of the upper and the heat resistance of the sole complex. In an extensive casting test with TÜV Rhineland, ATLAS® successfully passed all requirements of EN ISO 20349:2017 for foundry and welding boots.

EN ISO 20347

All ATLAS occupational shoes are manufactured in accordance with the European standard EN ISO 20347:2012. The standard specifies basic and additional requirements for occupational shoes for which there are no mechanical risks (due to impact or pressure). Occupational shoes according to EN ISO 20347:2012 are usually produced without a protective toe cap.
