As a safety footwear manufacturer, the safety of our employees is of particular concern to us. We make every effort to protect them in their day-to-day work, minimise risks and provide them with the knowledge they need to do their job well and safely.
Promoting and maintaining the health of our employees is also a top priority for us. Our company's health management programme includes, among other things, the offer to improve posture and ergonomic sitting and standing. An exercise machine is available to employees for this purpose. We organise all workstations with a particular focus on ergonomics and physical health. Providing fresh fruit, coffee and water on site is a matter of course for us. We believe that a healthy working environment is crucial for the satisfaction and productivity of our team. Our aim is to create a culture in which every employee feels valued and supported.
We strengthen cohesion at work by increasing team spirit. We regularly organise employee events where everyone comes together to get to know each other better, which improves the atmosphere in everyday working life. To promote dialogue and networking among colleagues, we have developed the employee app IK-up, whose newsfeed we continuously feed with news and current information from the company, which further strengthens the sense of community within the company.
