FOR THE METALWORKING INDUSTRY ACCORDING TO EN ISO 20349:2017-1

 

The standard EN ISO 20349:2017-1 sets extended requirements for the features of foundry and welding boots. The boots must withstand various test procedures in connection with exposure to extreme heat and contact with molten metal. This applies in particular to the quality of the upper and the heat resistance of the sole complex. In an extensive casting test with TÜV Rhineland, ATLAS® successfully passed all requirements of EN ISO 20349:2017-1 for foundry and welding boots.
